Here is my Great nephew Austin behind the wheel of his Uncle Tim and
Aunt Lynn's 1st boat, he looks like a natural behind the wheel don't he!!!

This was our very first boat that Lynn and I owned, it was a 16 foot Sea Nymph and before
we upgraded the engine it had a Chrysler 35 horse motor, we upgraded the engine to a 50
Horse Johnson with oil injection, never knew what getting on plane was till we put the
Johnson on the back of that boat. Had a custom built trailer made for it also. This was a
great first boat and handled the Ohio River well. I fully stripped down this boat and did
a total rebuild, new paint and interior. turned out great lots of memories from this boat.
Our Grandson Josh behind the wheel of
Grandpa and Grandma Lange's Smokercraft boat, well he's got the shift lever and the tilt
and trim down.
"Hey Grandpa, Ok if I take the
rig out on the lake for a spin?" Won't be long and this Boy will be under the wheel
piloting it.
